What's the difference between the two models, the
6920 and the L20?
Aside from the 6x9 paper size of the 6920 and the
8.5x11 inch size of the L20, they are remarkably
similar. There is a new Interactive
Tablet mode called "Online Mode" in
the L20 for when it is connected to your PC.
We consider the 6920 the more mobile of the two, and
the new L20 the more Desktop
oriented. Oh yes, and the L20 has a pen holder slot
on the pad clip at the top, and room for three spare
ink
cartridges. Internally, we call it
the Executive Desktop DigiMemo (or just "Eddie" for
short!).
5.0 Is my Mac, DigiMemo
compatible?
No,
contrary to the TV Hype ads, unless it is running
Microsoft Windows XP, it is not. DigiMemo is made as a
Windows companion
product and we see no future effort
to support Mac/OS happening. MACs are running Windows XP
these days for good reason!
6.0 What's the difference
between MyScript Notes and Evernote Plus/Write
Form/Write Mail?
MyScript Notes was designed to read DigiMemos and
perform handwriting recognition, turning them into Word
documents. Evernote
while it accepts paste of DigiMemos,
like most applications, is designed only to support it's
own file type and does recognition using
a more general recognition algorithm
designed for handwriting, not for DigiMemos. Write Form

7.0 What is the difference with the Flair II Pen
Input Tablets?

Flair II's turn a regular PC into a Tablet-like

Handwriting to Office Documents, to draw in Photoshop
and other graphical applications and so on.

8.0 If I have a flash card installed in the spare
"E:" drive slot of my DigiMemo, can I save files to my
internal Memory?
If you
remove it, DigiMemo reverts to "F:"drive
internal memory. With or without a flash drive
installed, when connected to your PC,
you can go to "My Computer" and see both an E: and an F: drive. If the flash drive
is inserted, you can access the E: Digimemos as
well as the F: ones.
Note: to access them on your PC, pick a drive (E: or
F:), pick the DM folder and double-click the page you
want
by number. DigiMemo Manager
will open automatically, give you access to that and all
other files on that flash drive. It's that easy!
8.0 I want to order a
