PNP BUG FIX FOR WINDOWS 95: INTEL i82371 OMISSION  This is the Updated INF Patch for use with early Bus Master IDE and non-Bus Master DUAL IDE Intel i82371 Based Mainboard Chipsets under  Windows 95 versions 4.00.95, 4.00.95a, and 4.00.95b(OSR/2.01).  It patches several of the .INF files in the Windows\inf and Windows\system\iosubsys directory and then forces a reboot. For use on 430TX, 430VX and related Intel Chipset based Mainboards for the Pentium-S, Pentium-MMX and competitors CPUs.  Probably won't work on 430NX based Mainboards.  This patch was OMITTED by Microsoft Corporation from the original and A versions of their Windows 95      CDROM.  In some cases, you may also need to patch the completed Setup of a Windows 95 OSR/2 system.  Apply ONLY to these revisions.  NOT FOR WINDOWS 98, in which Microsoft caught up with Intel's fast paced Mainboard Chipset evolution.
 

INTEL_PLUGnPLAY_FIX/  This is the ORIGINAL VERSION of the above fix, with less features.  It DOES NOT UPDATE the atapi.mpd pointers, so you may run into a problem if you have not recently run Windows 95 Setup to ensure enumeration of  your ATAPI CDROM Device.
 

EZ2000_JUMPERLESS/  This is the 1997 release of the CSS EZ2000 / Realtek / D-Link / Novell-Anthem-2000 Ethernet Adapter, also produced under the Assante, Linksys, Boca and other Brands.  It may work with your adapter, for a new version, either contact the OEM you purchased it from, or call CSS at 908-272-3330.  A replacement NE2000 compatible Ethernet Adapter (10BaseT or 100/10BaseT) may be purchased for as little as $15 and up from CSS.

RegClean/  24-Sep-01 12:41  - The Original Microsoft "Registry Cleanup" for version .950 and .950a ONLY!  If you are running Windows 98 or Windows ME, you may use "> scanreg" or "> scanreg /fix" from MSDOS mode (not for Millennium Edition, use "Scanregw" instead from the Windows run prompt.)  Please note that Windows 98 also supports scanning and backing up the registry from Windows mode, but you may not fix nor restore a registry file in Windows mode: for further information on this utility, go to Microsoft's "Knowledge Base" and enter the search word "scanreg".
 

SN2000P_ETHERNIC_ISA/  20-Feb-01 07:24      -   The ISA VERSION OF THIS DEVICE DRIVER.
 

SN2000P_ETHERNIC_PCI/   20-Feb-01 08:47      -   The PCI VERSION OF THIS DEVICE DRIVER.  These are the only drivers for these two Realtek based SNP Ethernics ever produced. They appear to work well with Windows 98.  However, you may wish to try using the generic Realtek driver that matches your NIC's chipset (sometimes the Microsoft "WDM" driver will work, sometimes it will not, that all depends upon the device presentation implemented on your NIC). Excellent replacement ETHERNET ADAPTERS can be purchased from CSS for about $15 and up.
