CompAmerica-brand customers:

system's Standard Limited One Year Warranty. You may also use it
to obtain over the phone Warranty repair... You should printout,
fill out and keep this document for the lifespan of your product, to
insure you are able to obtain service when you need it! Please note
that upon expiration of your warranty, you may obtain ongoing repair
service at prevailing rates for parts and labor thereafter.
All CompAmerica products carry at least this warranty. MIB Laptops
purchased under this program have the option (at extra charge) of
extending the term of warranty to 3 years. |

Surgical Strike™ Repair Program (SSRP)...
CompAmerica's On Site Service -
CompAmerica's On Site Programs may be purchased with our PCs,
Industrial PCs, and Servers. The program is subdivided into five
alternative forms of service and repair provision. You must
enroll in one or more of these programs for coverage to be in force
(check with your CompAmerica service liaison):
- Plan One: Four
Hour Response (for critical business requirements)
- Plan Two: Next
Business Day Response (for everyday owners of businesses and
personal users)
- Plan Three:
Emergency and Full Time Onsite Response (for mission critical
computer installations)
- Plan Four: Carry
In Service (to one of our 52 Nationwide Carry In Centers, or to
National Centers in Countries around the world)

- Plan Five:
Standard Ship-In / Mail-In Service (Depot oriented)
These programs extend
our Warranty parts replacement to include Door-to-Door coverage,
even in outlying areas. Remote and Extremely remote facilities have
time add-on options to allow us sufficient time to drive to your
facility. If you enrolled in one of the SSRP Plans at time of
purchase, for further information about the terms and conditions
covering your SSRP Plan, please refer to the SSRP Plan documents
provided you at time of purchase. You can also call us at

NOTE: General Information about Optional
Extended Warranty Programs -
CompAmerica Extended Warranty documents for MIB and
Mobil-Star/Pro*star Laptops are usually automatically issued within
six months of purchase and mailed you. Please contact CompAmerica if
you have not received yours within six months after receipt of your

NOTE: Phillips
Magnavox Extended 2 Year Additional Limited Warranty offered
exclusively on Mobil*Star Laptops (optional) -
Due to
the extraordinary and sophisticated nature of our
Mobil*Star Laptops, we have hired Philips Magnavox
to provide an optional Extended 2 Year Additional
Limited Warranty you may purchase within 80 days of
your Mobil*Star Laptop Acquisition.
Philips maintains several hundred repair centers
around the globe, and provides you a shipping box to
ship your unit to them, if they are unable to repair
the unit over the phone.
Please note that this program is honored by Philips
Magnavox directly, but is backed up by CompAmerica.
You continue to receive your 24x7 Technical Support
from us, but you may also contact Philips Magnavox
(providing your serial number to them), and they can
also provide Technical Support.
You may
purchase this Add-On service contract within 80 days
of or at the time of your CompAmerica order.
